What ever happened to "the customer was always right"? I have seen feature requests on all 3 platforms spanning decades where people have asked for the ability to zoom in using a mouse wheel (like 90% of all software made for computers), and all I see is robotic type responses where people complaining about deal breaking problems being added up to a tally. Its like they see nothing wrong with making their users finger their buttwholes on camera and expect us to "get used to it". "Ninja"trader, MTphag, and Turdstation are all guilty of the same problem. Why can't these stupid trading platform companies come together and set standards for user input or ATLEAST ALLOW USERS TO REBIND KEYS. AND RUIN IT BY FORCING YOUR USERS TO SHOVE THEIR THUMBS UP THEIR A******? How can you spend SO MUCH MONEY BUILDING A TRADING PLATFORM that does automated trading, futures, forex, options, etc. That's about how ***** stupid using a MOUSE WHEEL TO PAN THE CHART LEFT AND RIGHT IS. The software you use requires you to upload a selfie of you shoving your thumb up your *** every 30 minutes as verification. Imagine you started this great job where you make hundreds of thousands per year selling cars. If I can't tolerate the user input and controls for the software I am using, then I won't be able to use that software successfully for my endeavors. So far I have tried Ninjatrader, Metatrader, and Tradestation.
